セッションの模様はプレゼンテーションスライドに、発表者の音声のみ収録された形で配信されている。新機能を説明するのに不可欠なデモ画面もちゃんと収録されており、現地の広い会場内ではるか彼方のスクリーンを望むよりも格段に鮮明な画像を確認できる。実際のセッションとは異なり、はっきり聞き取れないところがあれば、スキップバックしたり、一時画面を停止して、画面内の文字を細かくチェックできる。さらに、プログラムコードなどは同時配布のPDFファイルでテキストを取り出すことさえできる。
アップルは、これまでの秘密主義を乗越え、アップル製品に興味があり、そのためのハード・ソフトを開発したいと思っている人に積極的に情報公開をして行くということに劇的な方針変更を遂げてしまったのだ。
